Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Flight Test Engineer for the Altius UAS platform. You will lead test planning, execution, and reporting for software/hardware evaluations in a high-demand defense environment.

In this role, you will collaborate with SMEs, pilots, and engineers, manage test configurations, safety plans, and test assets, and deliver clear results that drive system readiness and operational suitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• FAA Part 107/UAS certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, report, and evaluate flight tests for Altius.
• Coordinate test events, safety planning, and asset management.
• Generate evaluation plans and test cards with SMEs and pilots.
• Interface with hardware/software engineering teams daily.
• Collect flight metrics and analyze test data.
