Anduril Industries is seeking a highly experienced Flight Test Engineer and Test Lead for developmental UAS. You will drive planning, execution, and reporting of complex test campaigns across lab, ground, and flight environments.

Qualifications

10+ years as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems.
Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience with DoD/T&E standards and aerospace test planning.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret clearance and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead flight test program planning, coordination, execution and reporting.
Focus on envelope expansion, flying qualities, vehicle autonomy, and in-operational environments.
Ensure comprehensive flight test campaigns for multiple test articles and high-risk events.
Coordinate test hardware/software in lab, ground, and flight test environments; seek process improvements.
