Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Staff Flight Test Engineer for unmanned aerial systems. You will own developmental flight tests for a new Group 5 UAS, leading a team and coordinating with program leadership to plan, execute, and report on test activities.

The role requires extensive test-conductor experience, DoD familiarity, and strong data analysis and communication skills. Travel and security clearance are expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience with developmental systems of manned/unmanned aircraft, including requirements, planning, execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development flight test activities for Fury UAS, focusing on planning, ground and flight tests, issue investigation and process improvement.
• Coordinate and participate in ground and flight tests at private and government test ranges.
• Analyze test data and collaborate with Engineering to discuss results and observations.
• Adhere to safety and operating procedures; communicate findings clearly.
