Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced engineer for system integration, verification, and test support of flight test programs. The role requires DoD Secret clearance and hands-on work with RF/EO sensor systems, data analysis, and field testing across shipboard platforms.

You will produce technical documentation, coordinate with multiple engineering teams, and manage data packages for review meetings. The position emphasizes rigorous fault isolation and adherence to testing procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 8+ years.
• Hardware systems integration experience, preferably shipboard platforms.
• Experience supporting field tests or systems deployed in the field.
• Telemetry analysis experience.
• Experience maintaining and repairing weapons platforms, with troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• Experience using Earned Value Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification, and testing to ensure system under test meets design and requirements.
• Collect data, review data elements, and prepare detailed reports of results.
• Trace faults in mechanical or electronic systems and support corrective actions.
• Create/modify documentation for TRR, CTS, and TDR packages.
• Support field testing for land and shipboard environments.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks with MS Project.
• Collaborate with CAM, IPT, TA, CE and attend weekly status meetings.
• Generate CR, CN, or VARs and prepare data packages for board reviews.
