RTX is seeking a Senior Engineer in Tucson, AZ to perform hardware/software integration, verification and testing of Effector systems. You will lead hands-on build, test planning, data analysis, and collaboration with customers to ensure the system works first time, every time.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and onsite work in Tucson, with occasional travel up to 25% of the year. Join a team delivering mission-critical aerospace and defense capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems integration and test in lab or field environments.
• Experience planning/executing platform integration or flight test missions.

Responsabilités

• Perform integration, verification, and testing of Effector systems per specifications.
• Lead a small team in integration and test activities.
• Plan and execute tests at different hardware levels (CCAs to final product).
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Travel up to 25% for field/test site work.
