Job summary

RTX is seeking students for internships, co-ops, and full-time roles in Cedar Rapids, IA to join a team of Systems and Software engineers working on flight management systems for military helicopters and aircraft.

You will gain hands-on experience with C, C++, ADA, and Python while developing, integrating requirements, and collaborating across disciplines. Domestic and international travel is possible. This onsite role offers relocation eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a STEM degree and enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Minimum of 60 credit hours by start of internship/co-op.
• Experience with C, C++, ADA, and/or Python.
• Experience may come from coursework, projects, or on-the-job work.

• Design, develop, and test software features for flight management systems.
• Collaborate with Systems and Software engineers to deliver timely products.
• Develop leadership, communication, and coordination skills in a dynamic environment.
