Job summary

iniBuilds Ltd. is seeking motivated testers to join our testing team. In this paid role, you will help develop and ensure the quality of our aircraft, scenery, and related products within Microsoft Flight Simulator and similar platforms.

You will test development builds, document bugs with clear steps, reproduce issues, verify fixes, and collaborate with developers to deliver reliable releases. A detail-focused, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Flight Simulator and add-ons.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
Ability to describe issues clearly and accurately in written English.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to isolate issues and reproduce them.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work quickly and accurately while managing varying workloads.

Responsibilities

Test development builds across products per test plans and explore issues independently.
Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, videos.
Verify fixes and carry out regression testing to ensure updates do not introduce issues.
Assess functionality, visual quality, performance, and usability across scenarios.
Communicate findings clearly and work with developers to investigate and resolve issues.
Manage testing tasks and meet deadlines throughout development and release periods.
Follow internal testing workflows, reporting standards, and confidentiality requirements.
