Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other technical field with two years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Triage incoming issues and route them to the appropriate teams.
• Work directly with customers to collect required information for issue resolution.
• Create and update configurations to correct and maintain customer systems.
• Reproduce reported issues and communicate them to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineers as part of a cross functional team.
• Prepare documentation including customer test guides and internal user guides.
• Travel, shift work, or special hours may be required to support tasks.
