PAE Government Services Inc. seeks a CBP Aircraft Mechanic to maintain, repair, inspect and service aircraft in our government operations environment.

You will perform maintenance to DoD/FAA data, conduct daily/turnaround inspections, troubleshoot systems, and may fly for test flights or relocation. Travel to TDYs may be required; you will supply your own tools while customer provides specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid FAA Aircraft/Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain CBP Background Investigation suitability clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and manuals.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, inspection, repair, and modification of aircraft per DoD and FAA data.
• Perform daily and turnaround inspections on all assigned aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and fault isolate on aircraft systems.
• May fly on Government aircraft for relocation and test flights.
• May travel to temporary duty sites within and outside the United States.
• Bring own hand tools; customer provides special tools.
