Job summary

Qualifications

• FAA Dispatcher Certificate preferred; in lieu, 2-3 years aviation ops experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Adaptable mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of all flights per regulations.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text, and web.
• Manage end-to-end trip planning: arrivals, catering, hotels, ground transport.
• Coordinate with FBOs for fuel, parking, de-icing, and services.
• Provide active flight following and share updates with clients and teams.
• Track live flights and maintain transparent communication across departments.
• Assign legal and qualified aircraft and crew to trips.
• Handle international slots, permits, customs, fuel, and ground handling.
