Job summary

Global Crossing Airlines is seeking an OCC Coordinator in Killeen, TX to be the vital link between Ground Handling and the Operations Control Center. You will coordinate, supervise, and ensure follow-through with handlers, fuel providers, catering, security, and more to support smooth flight operations.

This role reports to the OCC Director and requires excellent communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work a 10-hour shift four days a week in a 24/7 operation, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Airside Operations (Ramp, Traffic, Baggage, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills with senior management and service providers.
• Proficiency in computer usage and airline systems.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 with shift work and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatchers with operational control, TSA vetting, and GENDECS manifests.
• Relay ground handling requests and update downline stations on flight status.
• Coordinate flight information and delays using RAIDO/NOC system.
• Review details for next day's ground handling, catering, and services.
• Follow up on irregularities or service failures with stations.
• Disseminate flight-critical information through RED FLAG reporting.
• Notify departments and stations of flight delay information.
• Secure Miami gate/ramp parking with local ground handling team.
• Coordinate fueling with local vendors for Miami departures.
• Assist in coordinating aircraft movement at home base.
• Report ferry flights to Miami-Dade Ramp Control.
• Manage manifest changes for non-terminal operations and forward to relevant parties.
• Coordinate with FBOs for next day operations and screeners when applicable.
• Transmit APIS information for international flights to Customs.
• Follow up with Security on CBP/APIS discrepancies.
• Assist Dispatch with calls, flight following, abnormal operations, and duties.
• Communicate aircraft movement messages to destination stations and TACC.
