Alpine Air in Provo, UT seeks an Operations Control Center Manager to lead the OCC team in 24-hour cargo operations across the United States. You will oversee scheduling integrity, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective disruption recovery while shaping training programs for flight following personnel.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, plus adherence to safety and FAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the OCC team to achieve operational integrity of schedule, full legal compliance within the operations, and ensure sound economic decision-making processes.
• Develop and review training programs covering flight following procedures, flight planning techniques, ACM flight operations software, and civil aviation advancements.
• Ensure company flights are safely and efficiently planned and monitored per standards and regulations.
• Manage OCC and network operational performance to ensure cost-effective disruption recovery responses.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure safe operations.
• Observe safety and FAA regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
