Flying-Food-Group- is seeking a Flight Coordinator to oversee the accurate preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals, beverages, and equipment for airline flights. You will act as the liaison between production, dispatch, and logistics to ensure flight specifications are met and on-time departures.

The role emphasizes quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction, with responsibilities including special meal verification, cart setup, and coordination of last-minute changes across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and airline-specific requirements.
• Experience in airline catering, food manufacturing, or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review daily flight schedules and coordinate catering requirements per airline specs.
• Ensure meals, beverages, and equipment are prepared and delivered per flight manifests.
• Verify special meal requests and correct quantities for each flight.
• Oversee and validate cart setup using airline diagrams and guidelines.
• Monitor meals by flight based on catering figures and passenger counts.
• Perform final flight checks before dispatch.
• Coordinate with dispatchers to resolve changes or issues.
• Record cart temperatures to HACCP standards.
• Assist in premium cabin setups (first/business) as needed.
• Serve as contact point for internal departments about flight coordination.
