LSG Sky Chefs is seeking an International Coordinator to oversee catering services for international flights, ensuring food, beverages, and equipment meet airline specifications and standards. You will coordinate logistics from preparation to on‑board delivery, serving as the primary contact for catering operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Minnesota Driver's License.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English fluently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on quality assurance.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Customer service experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Verify that all catering items meet airline specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with flight operations and scheduling teams to determine catering requirements for each international flight.
• Conduct thorough inspections of catering carts, ensuring completeness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Address any discrepancies or issues promptly to ensure smooth catering operations.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols throughout the catering process.
