Job summary

• Part 121 Dispatch Certificate preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the safe operation of the daily company flight schedule.
• Acts as the center of communication for pilots, station operations agents, maintenance personnel, and flight management personnel with access to all operation information.
• Performs duties from System Operations Control (SOC) at Hyannis headquarters.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of FLIFO.
• Assigned a desk for the duty period.
• Complete a Competency Check with an Air Transport Supervisor (ATS) and receive a 'solo' sign off.
• Complete Competency Check after annual recurrent training or retraining event.
• Follows each flight in assigned region to completion; checks NOTAMs, station and enroute weather for legality and disruption potential.
• Maintains an open two-way dialogue with SOC Supervisors.
• Works with a Team Approach to desk coverage.
• Assist other team members during high workload due to weather, delays, or other disruptions to improve manageability.
• Additional duties as assigned.
