Tier1usa is seeking a Flight Coordinator to be at the heart of our daily operation, ensuring meals, equipment, and service items align with flight schedules and partner requirements.

You will collaborate with production, dispatch, and airline partners to resolve issues, keep updates flowing, and support on-time departure while maintaining accurate flight documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in airline operations, logistics, catering, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling tools, and operational software (training provided).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on flight schedules.
  • Ability to work in both cold/hot work environments.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs.
  • Ability to bend/kneel and be on your feet for 8+ hours a day.
  • Active driver's license is REQUIRED.
  • Ability to pass both state and federal background check for airport badge

As a Flight Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operation—making sure every aircraft departs with the right meals, equipment, and service items. You’ll work closely with production teams, dispatch, and airline partners to keep things running smoothly, solve problems on the fly, and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
