Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a System Integration and Test Engineer for the Space Manufacturing team. You will lead integration and test of ground support equipment, PCBA, and space vehicle assemblies to meet high reliability standards.

You will develop test plans, perform TRRs and MRRs, analyze root causes, and collaborate with supply chain and design teams in a on-site Costa Mesa facility with occasional travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or other high-reliability industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration and test campaigns, develop test plans and procedures.
• Lead test readiness reviews (TRRs) for flight hardware.
• Participate in manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) for flight hardware.
• Develop processes for manufacturing, assembly, and integration of PCBAs and space vehicles.
