Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Gate Agent in Harrisburg to support boarding, seating changes and special needs assistance. The role requires handling Jetway operations, assisting passengers with disabilities, and maintaining high-energy customer service standards.

Training is provided, with willingness to work all shifts, including nights and weekends. A 70 lb lift requirement and safety checks are part of daily duties in a busy ground handling environment.

• Operate the Jetway and support efficient airport operations.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
