Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Gate Agent in the Ground Handling Department. The role includes assisting passengers with boarding, monitoring boarding, helping passengers with special needs, and adjusting itineraries as required. Must complete gate agent training, lift up to 70 pounds, and work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
