Qualifications

  • FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate required.
  • Two years of aviation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
  • Must pass English fluency assessment.
  • Maintain FAA dispatch duties and cockpit exposure.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Flight planning for safe, efficient routes, fuel, and alternates.
  • Brief captains on hazards, delays, runway work, curfews.
  • Ensure takeoff and landing parameters are met.
  • Monitor flight en route until completion.
  • Prepare for and manage irregular operations.
  • Comply with FAR and company procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
