Job summary

JetBlue is seeking an Instructor to provide initial and recurrent training for the Dispatch department, including Dispatchers, Load Planners and other staff as needed. The role partners with the Manager System Operations Training to align programs with published policies and the best use of delivery technology.

The ideal candidate will deliver materials per curriculum, maintain currency, and contribute to courseware development while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and deliver instructional events with engagement and assessment.
• Strong coaching, presentation and feedback skills aligned to curriculum.
• Understanding of Part 121 operations and aviation training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and recurrent training for Dispatch, Load Planners and other staff.
• Deliver instruction per curriculum, monitor learner progress and provide feedback.
• Assist with courseware development, audits and collateral duties.
• Maintain Dispatch crewmember qualification and currency.
• Travel for training as required (up to 20%).
