Job summary

JetBlue is seeking a Flight Crew Scheduler to coordinate crewmember schedules in compliance with FARs, company policies, and the CBA. The role emphasizes high levels of customer service while coordinating with other departments and crewmembers.

Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring, adjustments via automated systems, and arranging travel accommodations as needed, with occasional travel. A 1-year service background and the ability to work 10% travel are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year customer service or office experience.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.
• Overnight travel (10%) available.
• Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and notify Flight Crewmembers in accordance with FARs, Company policies, and CBA using available data and reports.
• Monitor Flight Crewmembers' schedules for irregularities.
• Process Crewmember schedule adjustments using automated computer programs.
• Arrange for Crewmember hotel and/or transportation if necessary.
• Assist with research, data analysis, development and execution of departmental programs.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Crew Services and/or System Operations Leadership.
