Job summary

Responsibilities

• Pre-plan each flight and coordinate with the PIC to maximize safety and schedule efficiency.
• Prepare Dispatch Releases and file ATC flight plans.
• Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and airport conditions to anticipate changes.
• Brief crews on meteorological and operational details for safe flight execution.
• Ensure dispatch releases comply with regulations and company procedures.
• Support SMS responsibilities and fuel policy adherence.
• Communicate flight information to stations and other departments as needed.
