Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to oversee planning and execution of pilot training across ground, flight, and OE programs.

You will coordinate with Sim Engineering and FAA program managers to ensure device compliance, training qualification adherence, and timely updates for instructors and students. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines, and proficiency with Delta's DBMS, SAP, OSS, and MS

Qualifications

• Experience planning and scheduling training events.
• Ability to navigate FAA programs and internal processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule pilot training (ground, flight, OE) for FAA approved programs.
• Coordinate with Sim Engineering and FAA APMs to ensure compliance.
• Communicate changes, conflicts, and decisions with stakeholders.
• Review training data to support division decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
