Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience working in a crew scheduling/crew services environment preferred.
• Airline industry or operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pilots and flight attendants schedules to maintain daily flight schedule.
• Be a resource for crewmembers and communicate schedule changes in a timely manner.
• Ensure all crewmember assignments comply with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain flight schedule integrity by ensuring segments are assigned to a legal crew.
• Resolve flight crew legality and rest requirements based on regulatory requirements.
• Process trip swaps, drops, and other schedule modifications as needed.
• Coordinate hotel bookings and transportation for crewmembers when required.
• Work with dispatch to resolve issues and support daily operations.
