Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to provide complete scheduling oversight for internal and external customers, coordinating regulatory training requirements and ensuring top‑tier customer service. Responsibilities include managing training schedules, document collection, and backup TSA tracking while liaising with customers and regulatory agencies.

The role requires strong communication, aviation terminology knowledge, and experience with scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred, or 3 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Equivalency years’ experience substitution must be in related field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers/clients, send confirmations, create new customer accounts, update client information.
• Manage all aspects of client training schedules and coordinate with customers on training needs and requirements.
• Understand regulatory requirements and verify training objectives.
• Back-up TSA tracking for incoming clients.
• Perform Export Compliance checks as needed.
• Verify/collect pre-training documents.
• Call customers/clients to confirm attendance and training objectives.
• Manage client retention program.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned program and communicate with customers and regulatory agencies.
• Familiarity with FlightSafety’s products and services and offer additional training to enhance experience and revenue.
• Review country-specific guidance to ensure compliance for clients and instructors.
• Assess, organize, plan and assign resources to training events.
