Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to define strategy and provide technical expertise for Crew Resources technology. The role collaborates with Crew Resources, Flight Ops, In-Flight Service, and IT to ensure requirements are understood and delivered with business value.

You will lead multiple development teams, own the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and mentor junior team members to drive cross-divisional innovation and safety-conscious operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with business and IT to define and deliver multi-team software initiatives.
• Own end-to-end product ownership from problem to solution.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage multiple development teams.
• Collaborate across Scheduling, Pay, Reroute, Training, Bid and Award, FCL, and Communications.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Prepare internal communications and executive summaries.
