Job summary

This role partners with Flight Operations and Training to ensure currency and compliance. Responsibilities include creating and refining schedules, maintaining crew qualification records, coordinating training resources, and communicating with FAA, ALPA, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Experience or familiarity with FAA regulations and training programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine daily, monthly, and yearly training schedules for flight crews and operational staff.
• Maintain crew qualification records and training documentation.
• Coordinate with Crew Scheduling, Travel, Payroll, and other departments to align training with company goals.
• Ensure currency, proficiency, and FAR/CBA compliance across training programs.
• Communicate with management, crew, FAA, ALPA, and other stakeholders.
