Job summary

Airshare in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Flight Control Specialist to coordinate Aircraft and Crew schedules for Shareowner, Charter, and Sales trips. You will develop strong relationships within the OCC to provide timely and compliant trip solutions.

This role requires working in a corporate headquarters setting and coordinating with pilots and ground staff, with attention to FAR Part 135 and 91K regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, scheduling, and analytical skills.
• Schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7/365 operation.

Responsibilities

• Verify flight schedules meet FAR Part 135/91K regulations for crew, aircraft, and trips.
• Efficiently build flight schedules and assign crew.
• Coordinate flight activity location and status with OCC.
• Release flights and brief crews on flight activity and expectations.
• Arrange crew duty assignments to support operations.
• Assist crews with flight-related logistical needs and relocations.
