Job summary

Flexjet in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Crew Scheduler to act as the critical link between flight crews and operations, ensuring safe and compliant flight operations. You will perform daily crew scheduling, real-time crew communication, and cross-department coordination to maintain FAA compliance and high service levels.

You will be onsite at the Global Command Center, supporting 365/24/7 operations, assigning pairings and duty times, monitoring flight time limits, and communicating schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1-3 years in aviation/logistics.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations (FAR Part 91, 121, or 135).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Assign crew to aircraft per standards and availability.
• Establish crew pairings based on qualifications and schedules.
• Maintain proper crew alignment and Red Label assignments.
• Manage crew duty start/stop times and monitor flight time limits.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for crew and input aircraft exclusions.
• Serve as primary contact for flight crews with real-time support.
• Communicate schedule changes, weather impacts, and regulatory issues.
• Track crewing metrics and support operational performance standards.
