Job summary

AirNet II LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a Flight Follower to coordinate and control air transportation for our Beechcraft Barons and Learjets. The role maintains operational control and communicates customer needs with flight crews, maintenance, and required personnel.

You will create trips, monitor weather and flight progress, manage permits and documentation, and collaborate with pilots and the accounting team on pricing and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years related experience in aviation operations.
• Ability to read aviation weather reports and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage trips and logs in the trip system.
• Maintain Operational Control per FAA CFRs and manuals.
• Assess crew legality with flight time and duty limits.
• Report mechanical delays or flight conditions to relevant personnel.
• Communicate with flight crews, maintenance and staff on issues.
• Monitor flight progress, weather, destination and alternates.
• Arrange ground handling, parking, deicing, fuel and slots.
• Coordinate permits and TSA/Customs documentation.
• Provide pricing quotes and invoicing with Manager approval.
• Send fuel, tripsheets to Accounting and notify delays.
