StretchLab Hudson seeks Flexologists to deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and guide small group sessions for clients, helping them improve mobility and flexibility. You will build membership, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold high safety standards in a boutique fitness studio.

The role emphasizes hands-on training with clients, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate others while maintaining a clean, professional studio environment.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment – passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Previous experience as Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor.
• Experience in a fitness/health setting providing hands-on training with clients.
• Fitness certification required.
• Positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Excellent communication and empathy; goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to complete Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online + 3 days in-person).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients during stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients through sales/outreach.
• Manage client care, update notes, and book weekly appointments.
• Ensure client safety and enforce safety policies.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Assist Sales Associates and GM with tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain social media presence to support membership/retention.
• Clean and maintain equipment for client use.
