Qualifications

• Love boutique fitness with passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Excellent communication and empathy to connect with clients.
• Experience in hands-on training within a fitness/health environment.
• Fitness certification is required.
• Professional work ethic and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead group stretch classes.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients via sales/outreach.
• Maintain client notes, schedule weekly appointments, and ensure safety.
• Assist with studio tours and sales as needed.
