Qualifications

• Flexologist training completed or willing to train.
• Experience leading group stretch classes or junior instructors.
• Strong customer service and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead group stretch classes for clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients through sales and outreach to leads.
• Manage client care by updating notes and booking weekly appointments.
• Ensure client safety with proper stretch techniques and StretchLab policies.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
