Job summary

StretchLab Franchise located in Hudson, Ohio is seeking dedicated Flexologists to provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group stretching classes. Ideal candidates will have a love for boutique fitness and prior experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, or Yoga Instructor.

With a focus on creating a welcoming environment, you'll motivate clients and ensure their safety during sessions. This role requires fantastic communication skills and a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.

All inquiries about employment will be managed by the franchisee directly, not through corporate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on training.
• Must have a professional work ethic and be reliable.
• Availability to complete the 3-day Flexologist Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Encourage and motivate clients during stretch sessions.
• Build membership and retain clientele through outreach.
