Qualifications

• Love boutique fitness environment and stretching, mobility, flexibility.
• Fitness certification required with ability to train clients hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead group stretch classes for clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients through outreach to leads.
• Update client notes, book weekly appointments, and ensure safety in techniques.
• Attend staff meetings and assist with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain equipment and support a positive client experience.
