Job summary

StretchLab Hudson seeks Flexologists to deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group stretch classes for clients seeking improved flexibility.

You will motivate participants, manage weekly bookings, contribute to membership growth, and ensure safety and a world-class stretching experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions for clients
• Lead guided group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads
• Manage client care by updating notes and booking weekly recurring appointments
• Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and StretchLab policies
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
