StretchLab is seeking Flexologists to provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group classes for clients in a boutique fitness setting. You will engage clients, deliver safe stretches, and contribute to growing the membership through outreach and quality service.

Ideal candidates will have fitness certification and experience training clients; strong communication and empathy are essential to create welcoming experiences and help clients achieve their goals in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and stretching.
• Fitness certification required.
• Experience in fitness/health environment with client training.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Able to maintain attendance policies and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clientele through sales/outreach to leads.
• Maintain client notes and schedule weekly recurring appointments.
• Ensure safety and proper stretch techniques; enforce policies.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Assist with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain social media presence to support membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment for client use.
