Elara Caring is seeking a Special Care Aide (SCA) in Fort Worth, Texas, PRN with a flexible schedule. The SCA will be the first face clients see, supporting admissions, personal care, daily living activities, and travel between visits to serve multiple clients.

This role offers growth opportunities within Personal Care Services, with travel across a defined service area and the chance to build leadership skills while providing compassionate home-based care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required per state.
• At least 6 months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals.
• Certification as HHA, PCA, CNA, MA, or similar where required.
• Ability to travel across the service area and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Support new client admissions and Start of Care visits.
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily living activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and transportation when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visit records and documentation.
• Travel throughout the service area to support clients.
• Promote Elara Caring's mission and quality care.
