Hand & Stone Spa in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Sales Associate for the front desk. This commission-based role starts with an hourly base of $13 and can average $16–$20+ per hour with our commission structure.

Eligible for medical, vision, dental, PTO, and 401(k) matching as part of a supportive team. Responsibilities include promoting memberships and gift cards, booking appointments in Zenoti, addressing payment/service inquiries, and collaborating to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn business development skills and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Book and reschedule clients using the Zenoti scheduling platform.
• Answer customer inquiries about payment and services.
• Perform light laundry and peer training as needed.
• Support membership and gift card sales to hit quotas.
