Job summary

Hand and Stone Spa is seeking a Sales Associate to join our front desk team in Virginia Beach. This is a commission-based sales role with an hourly base compensation of $13.

The right full-time candidate can average a substantial hourly pay rate ranging from $16 to $20+ per hour through our generous commission structure. Responsibilities include promoting spa memberships and gift cards, meeting sales quotas, and utilizing the Zenoti scheduling platform to manage appointments.

Qualifications

• Learn business development skills and sales techniques.
• Remain agile and adapt to changing sales promotions (e.g., retail and/or seasonal deals, discounts, and promotions).

Responsibilities

• Supporting spa efforts to increase memberships and overall revenue growth by learning current and upcoming deals, discounts, and promotions to sell memberships and gift cards; meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team sales quotas; leveraging trainings, scripts, and resources to remain successful.
• Utilizing the Zenoti scheduling platform to book and reschedule clients’ massage and facial appointments.
• Addressing customer service inquiries related to general payment and service information.
• Performing miscellaneous tasks such as light laundry; peer training as needed.
