Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Mechanicsville, VA is hiring Spa Sales Associates to join our team and start ASAP. If you are passionate about wellness and beauty and thrive in a customer-centric environment, you’ll play a key role in delivering a superior spa experience for our clients.
You’ll earn $13–$15 per hour plus commissions, with opportunities for advancement, ongoing training, and a flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle.
Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Educate clients on membership benefits.
- Upsell spa services and add-ons to enhance client experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with spa software (Zenoti) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on membership benefits and align offerings with their needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly membership sales goals.
- Upsell spa services and add-ons to enhance client experiences.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests; build lasting relationships.
- Be flexible with hours, including one weekend day.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments.
