Job summary

Hand and Stone Spa is seeking a Sales Associate to join the front desk team. This commission-based role offers an hourly base of $13, with a potential total hourly range of $16–$20+ for top performers through commissions.

The position requires excellent communication, strong customer service, and the ability to build relationships. You will book appointments, promote spa memberships, and contribute to team goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support spa efforts to increase memberships and revenue growth by learning current and upcoming deals, discounts, and promotions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team sales quotas.
• Utilize ongoing training, scripts, and company resources to stay successful.
• Book and reschedule clients’ massage and facial appointments using Zenoti.
• Address customer service inquiries related to payments and services.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks including light laundry and peer training as needed.
