Hand & Stone Virginia and Maryland is seeking a Sales Associate to join our front desk team in Virginia Beach. This commission-based role offers an hourly base of $13 and the potential to earn $16–$20+ per hour through a generous commission structure.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to learn business development skills and sales techniques.
• Ability to adapt to changing sales promotions (e.g., retail and/or seasonal deals, discounts, and promotions).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting spa efforts to increase memberships and overall revenue growth by: Learning current and upcoming deals, discounts, and promotions to sell memberships and gift cards; Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team sales quotas; Leveraging ongoing formal and informal sales and service trainings, scripts, and other company resources to remain successful.
• Utilizing the Zenoti scheduling platform to book and reschedule clients' massage and facial appointments.
• Addressing customer service inquiries related to general payment and service information.
• Performing miscellaneous tasks such as: Light laundry duties; and peer training as needed.
