Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local fulfillment center, is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick up shifts through our scheduling app. You will work at least one shift every two weeks, four hours each, with two shifts monthly.

Onboarding includes one shift and a 4-hour on-the-job training within 14 days. In this role you’ll pick and pack orders, manage inventory and spoilage, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure customer substitutions are approved.

Qualifications

• You’re reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
