Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local-fulfillment center, is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick up open shifts via the scheduling app, with one shift every two weeks and at least four hours per shift.

Onboarding includes one shift plus a 4-hour on-the-job training within 14 days. The role covers picking/packing orders, inventory and spoilage management, warehouse organization, and ensuring customer substitutions are approved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders through the app.
• Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by customers.
