Job summary

DashMart, a local-fulfillment center owned by DoorDash, seeks a Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick up open shifts via our scheduling app, with at least one 4-hour shift every two weeks and onboarding within 14 days to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders through the app, packing and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables, and shelf-life control.
• Warehouse organization, cleanliness and proper layout.
• Delight customers with approved substitutions where needed.
