Job summary

DashMart is seeking a Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick, pack, and hand off orders to Dashers, operating within a local store environment.

You will follow a variable schedule (one shift every two weeks), complete onboarding and a 4-hour training shift within 14 days, and collaborate with the Site Leadership Team to stay aligned on processes and tools. Emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and detail in grocery/warehouse operations with up to 50 lbs lifting in a refrigerated area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grocery/food service or warehouse operations preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Reliability and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management in the warehouse.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
