Job summary

DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned by DoorDash where team members fulfill orders for Dashers to deliver. As a Variable Schedule Operations Associate, you will pick up shifts through our scheduling app, with at least one shift every two weeks and a minimum of four hours per shift.

Training includes onboarding and a 4-hour on-the-job shift within 14 days. You will pick, pack, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized while ensuring customer substitutions are approved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders from the app and hand to Dashers.
• Manage inventory and spoilage; stock receivables.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
