Job summary

DoorDash DashMart in Indianapolis is seeking a reliable, team‑oriented Operations Associate for a part‑time, variable schedule. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and spoilage, and keep the warehouse organized while ensuring customer substitutions are approved.

Onboarding includes an initial shift and 14‑day training, with shifts posted as business needs change. Shifts include Morning, Day, Evening, and Weekend, with two shifts per month to meet minimum scheduling expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing to Dashers.

• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
